Refund Policy

At Virtual Real Design, we strive to deliver high-quality services to all our clients. If you are not satisfied with our services, please review our refund guidelines below.

1. Service Fees

Payments made for services such as website development, digital marketing, or IT consulting are generally non-refundable once the project has started. However, partial refunds may be considered depending on the project stage and scope of work completed.

2. Cancellations

If you wish to cancel a service before work has commenced, you may be eligible for a full refund. Cancellations after the start of a project will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

3. Subscription Services

For subscription-based services (e.g., hosting, maintenance), cancellations must be requested before the next billing cycle. No refunds will be issued for partial months.

4. Exceptions

Refunds are not applicable in cases of:

  • Delays caused by the client (e.g., lack of content, approvals, or communication).
  • Change of mind after significant work has been delivered.
  • Third-party product/service fees (such as domain names, SSL, or plugins).

5. Refund Process

If approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method. You will receive confirmation once your refund is initiated.
